IOS JAILBREAKING


Jailbreaking , is the process of removing the limitations imposed by Apple on devices running the iOS operating system through use of custom kernels. Such devices include the iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, and 2nd Gen Apple TV. 


 Jailbreaking is necessary if the user intends to run software not authorized by Apple.It allows the iOS user to access files and settings which would not be accessible otherwise..


But up until now the only way to jailbreak an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad running iOS 5.0 and up was to perform a tethered jailbreak. That means that you needed to connect your mobile device to a computer and run the jailbreak software again any time you reboot.Got it??

DO IT IN 10 EASY STEPS!

To perform a safe untethered Jailbreak , follow these steps carefully!


1. Ensure that you are Running your iOS 5.0.1 on a supported device and your computer has iTunes installed on it.


2.Download redsn0w for your Windows or OS X.



Download Links->

• redsn0w 0.9.10b3 for OS X.
• redsn0w 0.9.10b3 for Windows (Please run in Admin. Mode)

3.Unzip the Folder and Right-click on redsn0w.exe and select “run as administrator.” Make sure to click yes on any alerts that pop up..

4.Click on the button which says Jailbreak..

5.Follow the instructions and make sure your device is turned off and plugged into your computer. (Turning an iOS device off isn’t quite as simple as tapping the power button. Make sure to press-and-hold the power button, then slide the red button that pops up to completely power off your device).

6.Click 'Next'..

7.Enter DFU Mode..Don't know hoe to?? What am I for?

• 1.Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
• 2.Without lifting your finger from the power button, press and hold the home button for 10 seconds.
• 3.Keep holding the home button for another 15 seconds, but lift your finger from the power button.

8.Observe:(Will take sometime)




9.Install Cydia and other options according to your choice..



10.Have patience!Some lines will appear...Your phone or Apple device will Reboot..


Cydia, at first, might have a blank (white) icon. If so, you will need to reboot the device.

You’ll know your device is jailbroken if you see the icon for the Cydia Store on you home screen.YOU ARE DONE! ! EXPLORE!!

Johns Hopkins Magazine takes a lighthearted look at Adam Riess’ path to winning a Nobel Prize for physics. 

In October Riess spoke with Patch about the Nobel win, which he shares with two others, for the 1998 discovery of the accelerating expansion of the universe. He accepted the award in Stockholm earlier this month.

Riess explains, with little gravity, how the world’s most prestigious award is won.

How to win a Nobel Prize:

Even as the whole nation wants Sachin Tendulkar to be conferred with Bharat Ratna, former India skipper Kapil Dev on Wednesday said the Master Blaster is above all awards.

While interacting with students at MIT College here, India’s first World Cup-winni(Source:Dna India)ng skipper said a few people automatically deserve such honours and it should not be demanded. “He (Sachin) has proved himself over the years and has achieved many things in his career. We shouldn’t ask or demand Bharat Ratna for him as we all know he deserves it. By demanding the award, we are not doing justice to his talent. Sooner or later, he will get the award,” the legendary all-rounder said.

Dev lauded Tendulkar’s dedication and determination before citing the example of the maestro’s childhood friend and former teammate Vinod Kambli. “When Sachin and Vinod started playing, they were at the same level. But Sachin’s determination and focus helped him. On the other hand, Vinod had too many distractions.
